How do I order at Kalidashop?
1. Go to the website of Kalida: www.kalidashop.com. Select a product of choice by clicking on it. Click on the order button and the product will be placed in the shopping cart. You can continue shopping or pay for your order with or without having an account.
2. You can create your own account by clicking on My Account. Furthermore, you can choose to deliver the products to another address, for example, if it is a present. Check your order on the summary page. Then choose your payment mode. Now you will be redirected to a secure surrounding for payment and the order will be finished. You receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. The ordered products will be sent directly after payment with DPD/DHL/UPS (European countries) or DHL/UPS(Non-European countries)
3. Another possibility is to order by e-mail. We need your billing and shipping address together with the desired products. You can also download our ordering form, which you can find at the bottom of our website. Fill it in and send a scan of it to email@example.com. You will receive an order of payment.
How do I know that my order was placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email after you made your online order and payment. The status of your delivery can be viewed through My Account on the website.
How will the orders be delivered?
We use the national post services, and also couriers to deliver the orders. By the use of couriers, a signature is required as a receipt.
How can I pay?
In our webshop, you can pay with a credit card (Mastercard, Maestro or VISA), Paypal, iDEAL and Bancontact/Mister Cash.
Orders that are placed by email can be paid only by bank transfer. The products will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Please, mention your invoice number in the "message" field.
Please note that your credit card will directly be charged at the moment of the transaction.

How can I exchange or return the product(s)?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging. The return costs are for your account.
We will reimburse the amount within 14 days. You can also use the model form (see the end of the Terms and Conditions).
The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the consumer without delay but within 14 days following the date on which the consumer notifies him of the cancellation. Unless the entrepreneur offers the product itself, he may wait for repayment until he has received the product or demonstrates to the consumer that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The vendor uses the same means of payment used by the consumer for repayment unless the consumer agrees with another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

How to contact Kalidashop?
You can reach us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to respond within 1 workday. We check our email from Monday till Friday between 09.00-15.00 CET.
Is it possible to receive my order at a different address?
Yes, it is possible to deliver our products to a different address, for example if you are absent most of the day.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer service. Send an email to email@example.com. If the order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible anymore.
My order is not complete, what now?
The product that is missing is not in stock at the moment, that’s why your order is not complete. The missing ordered product will be sent to you as soon as possible and no extra shipping cost will be charged. If there are any questions about the delivery time of the product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, mention your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Does the webshop of Kalida deliver also to other countries besides the Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver to all countries except for the USA, Russia or Australia.
How can I follow my order?
As soon as your order is placed on our website, you will receive an automatic message about the shipment. You will also find the barcode in the message needed to trace your package.
